Of course first I’ll have to see if my profit can cover refunds, then I can treat it as an expense that doesn’t make my revenue in the negative.

I’m selling clothes and other things (bags, notebooks, etc) that people will probably use for a long time, and eventually throw out or donate.

Should I grant refunds to everyone who wants it?

I’m scared what if someone takes advantage of this policy and orders 500 items, receives them, then asks for a refund on everything. Then legally I’d have to, else get sued

Do you guys have an refund policies in mind that won’t cause people to get irritated, but also something that some people cannot exploit?
